AI Powered Property Searching
Winning Best AI Solution for our work with Propertynews highlights how next gen technologies can radically transform established and traditional customer journeys. Research indicates that most property hunters search for properties outside of working hours, when Estate Agents and the Propertynews offices are closed. To better support house hunters, we designed and created a bespoke AI property chat assistant (Liv AI) to provide 24/7 property support to users of the platform. The chatbot was specifically designed to handle property related support queries – answering questions about features of the property, location, local area and travel time, amongst many others. Liv AI can also book viewings and other appointments, and connect users with the relevant selling or letting Agent.
An Innovative Solution to Car Park Management
Our project with McCausland Airport Car Park earned us Best Use of Innovation, and is a fantastic example of how innovative technology can solve real-world problems and enhance the customer experience. The new car park management system reimagined the car parking experience, the booking process, car space allocation and pick up – making the experience more efficient for both the customer and the company.
