Coca-Cola hellenic had some very specific requirements for the iPad app. It needed to be available offline, fast to load and easy for their sales team to pick up and use. By using a complex decision tree, the app enables the sales teams to select Coca-Cola products or potential product locations within a store and receive real-time advice of placement, suitable offers and display stands.
Based on internal research they know that getting their products in the right locations within stores for their target audience significantly increases sales our app helps them get this information with just a few taps.
Test driven development
Having the right data at the end of the decision process was absolutely critical. We incorporated test driven development, built upon our own bespoke iOS development framework, from the beginning of the project to ensure that data was consistent and reliable.
A huge success
The iPad app was a huge success and is due to be rolled out group-wide in 2015
