Adventure Hub Privacy Policy

GCD Technologies Ltd.  (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates Adventure Hub (“the app”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information collected through the app.

Personal Information Collection and Use

Personal data collected is as follows for each customer registered through the app: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number. Users of the app will have the ability to opt a customer in to marketing emails from you.

Personal data collected is used for the following purposes: to allow you to identify the customer on future bookings; and to facilitate communication with the customer with offers etc. (if the customer opted in to marketing emails).

Because the app supports the signing of waivers for applicable activities within your adventure centre, the app will also collect names, gender and dates of birth of any participants required on the waiver. This data is collected for the sole purpose of the waiver agreement and is never shared with any third party.

How we Protect Personal Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access of your customer’s personal information. If you use trusted third-party services outside of Adventure Hub, such as mailing list providers, and you use data exported from Adventure Hub, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate privacy and security policies in place.

Third Party Access to Personal Information Collected

Only you and we will have access to personal information collected. No third party will have access or will be granted access.

Requests to Change Personal Information Collected

Should a customer want to change details of any personal information collected, or have their details removed, they should contact you directly or use the unsubscribe option from any marketing email they receive from you.

Access to Personal Information Collected

Should a customer want access to the data you hold on them, you will be able to provide this through the Adventure Hub interface, which will display all data stored on a customer. In the future, should any additional data stored on the customer not be visible in the Adventure Hub interface, we will be able to provide this for you.


We do not use any cookies in the Clover Adventure Hub connector app.

Do Not Track Signals

We do not react to Do Not Track (DNT) signals as any details captured are for the sole purpose of signing up to the an account with the services you offer.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We have the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page and will notify you in our next email newsletter. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
