When they began to focus on their web presence in 2005, they wanted a modern, fresh site that would reflect their brand, but they wanted to go further than that. They wanted to offer their clients 24 hour service and cutting edge tools that would help grow their customer base and their business. Central to this were their online services.
We’ve been helping Templeton Robinson achieve these goals since 2005, when we worked with them to develop our estate agent management software, EDGE. We developed the last two versions of TempletonRobinson.co.uk, each introducing a fresh design, additional features (including the ability to make an online offer on a property) and a faster, more powerful search tool.
The innovative nature of our partnership was demonstrated when Templeton Robinson became the first estate agent in Northern Ireland to offer online payment of professional fees. Another Northern Ireland first came with the launch of the Templeton Robinson iPhone app, developed by GCD Technologies in 2010.
The customer has remained at the forefront of this project.
